Many expectant parents wonder about the gender of their unborn children. Your doctor can reveal the child's gender after a sonogram, an image of the fetus produced by ultrasound. Determine the month in which you conceived. Many I Ching baby gender predictor charts will use this information to help you predict your baby's gender.

Figure out your age when you conceived. This is not your age when you got a positive pregnancy test, but rather the age you were on the day that you conceived. If you aren't sure of the specific day on which you got pregnant and you had a birthday during the month of conception, use your best guess.

Look at the I Ching baby gender predictor chart. Find the month in which you conceived and your age at conception. You can find your baby's predicted gender on the chart at the point where these two pieces of data meet.
