Instructions

    • 1

Flip a milk jug upside down. Set the jug in a plastic deli bowl and secure the jug to the bowl with duct tape.

    • 2

Spray the jug with primer so that the paint will stick and not chip off. Use spray paint in a well ventilated area. Let the milk jug dry completely.

    • 3

Paint the jug and deli bowl with acrylic craft paints. Apply two coats of paint if the primer shows through the first coat. Let the paint dry.

    • 4

Decorate the monster's face by painting eyes, black hair, eyebrows, scars and a freaky mouth.

    • 5

Wrap two milk caps with aluminum foil. Attach a push pin to each cap with hot glue. Push a cap into either side of the milk jug monster's neck to make the neck bolts. Secure the bolts with hot glue.

    • 6

Draw a nose on a piece of matching card stock and cut it out. Make a slit in the monster's face with a craft knife and slide the nose in place.

    • 7

Assemble several monster heads to set on a shelf for your Halloween decor.
