Instructions

    • 1

Cut a 3 inch by 3 inch square from the plastic garbage sack to make the cape. Lay the lollipop on the square so that the plastic overlaps the back of the lollipop about 1/4 inch. Tie the cape on with a piece of string.

    • 2

Attach the googly eyes to the witch's face with craft glue. Do not use hot glue because it will melt the plastic wrapper. Glue the yarn to the top of the head for the witch's hair.

    • 3

Use scissors to cut out a hat from black card stock or construction paper. Attach the hat to the front of the witch's head with glue or double stick tape.

    • 4

Draw and cut out a small smile from red card stock or construction paper. Glue the smile to the witch's face.

    • 5

Glue a small pom-pom to the witch's face for the nose.

    • 6

Let all of the glue dry completely before putting the witch lollipops in your Halloween candy bowl.
