Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Toilet paper rolls
  • Orange tissue paper
  • Brown paper lunch bags
  • Green felt
  • Green pipe cleaners
  • Scissors
  • Pencil
  1. Step 1

Set a new roll of toilet paper in the center of a piece of orange tissue paper. Pull up one corner of the tissue paper and tuck it into the toilet paper tube. Work in a circular motion to gather the remaining tissue paper and tuck it into toilet paper tube.

  2. Step 2

Cut open a paper lunch sack. Cut the bottom of the bag off. Lay the bag flat and then roll it up into a tight tube. Glue the edge of the paper sack to the tube.

  3. Step 3

Trace and cut out a leaf shape from a piece of green felt. Glue the felt to a green pipe cleaner. Wrap the pipe cleaner around the paper sack stem and twist it in to place. Wrap the remaining end of the pipe cleaner around a pencil to curl it.

  4. Step 4

Put the stem in the center of the toilet paper tube.

  5. Step 5

Use different shades of orange tissue paper or printed tissue papers to create variety. Group the Halloween toilet paper pumpkins in groups of three to five.
