Relieve a sunburn with a grape facial. Crush a small bowl of green grapes, and stir in 1 tsp. of pure honey. Wash your face and apply the grape mixture while your skin is still damp. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse.

Make a refreshing facial mask. Mash 6 grapes with a fork, and blend in 2 tsp. of plain, organic yogurt, 1/2 tsp. of lemon juice. 12 tsp. of olive oil and 1/2 tsp. of pure honey. Smooth the facial onto clean skin and massage it for a few moments. Let it remain for about 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Treat your hair to a nourishing fruit mask. Put half a ripe banana in a blender, and add 1/2 small avocado, 1/4 cantaloupe, 6 grapes, 1 tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tbsp. of plain yogurt. Massage it through your hair and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse the fruit mask and shampoo as usual.
