Just because your spouse is not interested in sex or in spending time with you, that doesn't mean that he is being unfaithful. On the other hand, if you are seeing a distinct change in patterns that make your neck hairs stand on end, then your suspicions may be correct. Try a few of these tips to find out if your spouse is being unfaithful.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Confront her when she least expects it. Come home early from work and be standing at the door when she walks in. Or wait until after you've shared a meal together and she is quietly cleaning up, thinking she has you snowed.

  2. Step 2

Buy a GPS tracker that you can stash somewhere in the car or in his briefcase. The price of these little electronic snoopers is getting cheaper all the time. You can easily download the information on a computer when he returns and just as quickly learn every place he has been.

  3. Step 3

Change your own patterns of coming and going and when you call your spouse. The disruption may set in motion a chain of events where you can catch the cheater in the act or at least make him so nervous that he'll spill his guts.

  4. Step 4

Go through her purse when she is not looking. Look for clues such as unexplained hotel receipts or notes. While you're at it, check the pockets of her pants and coats for any other telltale signs.

  5. Step 5

Find out the password for his email and check his deleted emails. Many people are wise to the email paper trails. However, he still may leave a telling email in the deleted folder or some other folder so that he can read it over again.
