How to Alleviate Bags Under the Eyes with Facial Yoga

Puffiness beneath the eye area is a common issue among those who deal with sagging facial skin. Facial yoga generates results you can see in just a few weeks. Skin lifts over newly toned muscles to reveal a tighter and younger looking face.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Make an "oh" with the mouth. Now smile, while still making the "oh." Lift your cheeks and release in repetitions of 10 while holding, and hold the last repetition for 10 counts. Do this three times, once a day.

  2. Step 2

    Touch each of your middle fingers inside the corners of your eyes while placing your ring fingers on either side of your nose. Create resistance by wrinkling the nose and hold for 10 counts. Do this three times a day.

  3. Step 3

    Move your eyebrows down as if over your eyes as far as possible. At the same time, wrinkle your nose and smile as big as you can with your mouth closed and your lips over your teeth. Flare your nostrils. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.

  4. Step 4

    Frown as much as you can, then lift your chin up and jaw forward. Let your eyebrows drop over your eyes. Purse your eyebrows together, lifting them up as far as possible, then open your eyes as wide as you can at the same time. Hold for 10 and repeat 10 times.

Tips & Warnings
  • Muscles in the face tone faster than the muscles in the body because they are smaller.
