Step 1
Learn to juggle balls first. Start with one ball to get the juggling pattern down. Think of juggling as a scooping motion. Catch the ball on the outside, scoop your arm down with it and toss it on the inside rotation. Catch outside, scoop down, throw in. If you miss the scoop and just throw the ball, they are going to hit each other when you move up to two. Clubs will especially collide. Once you can handle juggling three balls you are ready for clubs.

Step 2
Hold the club properly. Lay the cradle part of the club along your hand with your pointer finger on the down side for better balance and control. Hold it with your middle finger and thumb.
-
Step 3
Start with one club. The pattern is the same as with the balls except that when you throw, put a spin into it. With your elbow and wrist, rock the club up from the outside. The wrist creates the flip. Catch it in the same hold that you released it in. Like the ball, catch on the outside, scoop down and throw it on the inside.
-
Step 4
Add a second club. Once the first club reaches it peak, throw the second club. Remember to practice by alternating hands so when you move to three clubs your dominate hand isn't the only hand that can juggle. Catch outside, scoop down and throw in.

Step 5
Juggle three clubs. Hold two clubs in one hand with your thumb and middle finger. Keep your pointer finger on the back of the club that crosses over the other one. Basically you are holding two clubs with three fingers. When you let go and throw the first club, your entire hand can close over the bottom club, allowing you to throw one club at a time even though you had two in your hand. When the first club peaks, throw the second with the spin from your other hand and then the third. Stay in the same pattern.
