How to Build a Runescape Clan
If you have a bunch of friends who enjoy playing Runescape together, you can make it even more fun by forming a clan together. By building a clan, you can become a team that can take on foes together, be it fighting monsters, player killing sprees or the ever popular Clan Wars.

Find people who would want to join a clan. The best people to ask first will be your close friends who play RuneScape as well. Then contact the "Friends" on your account list, find out if they can and would like to join.

Go on to RuneScape forums. Ask anyone if they are looking to join a clan and offer a spot in your clan.

Set a system of guidelines for the type of players your clan members should be. This may primarily involve a minimum level requirement so you have no weak characters. But you'll also want conduct guidelines so everyone enjoys themselves.

See that every clan member has all the other members on their RuneScape Friends list. This way you'll all be able to communicate easily and keep track of one another at any time during the game.

Log on to your RuneScape account and go to Clan Chat. Choose a name for your clan and officially enter it. Everyone else should enter Clan Chat and join your clan.

Tips & Warnings
A good clan will likely have at least three or four members skilled each type of combat. This includes melee fighters, rangers and mages. As your clan expands, keeping these numbers even is a good idea.
Be very careful recruiting members into your clan. Accepting someone that you don't know well is very risky, as that player may be out to sabotage and destroy your clan.
