How to Make Butterscotch Lip Gloss
Butterscotch lip gloss is lip smackin' good and the wonderful smell will drive you crazy, but it's also a great moisturizing treatment for your lips. Your lips will definitely be kissable when you make your own homemade butterscotch lip gloss. Things You'll Need
- 4 oz. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 oz. beeswax pearls
- Double boiler
- Oil from 1 vitamin E capsule
- 1 tsp. pure honey
- 6 or 7 butterscotch chips
- Lip gloss pots or tubes
Instructions

Place the extra virgin olive oil and beeswax in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.

Add the vitamin E oil and pure honey and mix well.

Stir in the butterscotch chips last, and mix just until they melt into the other ingredients.

Spoon the butterscotch lip gloss into tiny lip gloss pots or tubes.

Allow the butterscotch lip gloss to set up for at least e days before using it.

Tips & Warnings
You can also make butterscotch lipgloss in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the ingredients at 10 second intervals, stirring often. Be sure to heat the ingredients only just until they're melted.
You can substitute 1 tsp. of sweet almond oil for the extra virgin olive oil, if desired.
Be sure to supervise young children during the melting process. Heat the oils and waxes only just until they melt and never allow the mixture to overheat or boil.
