How to Make a Hawaiian Pizza

- Mango
- Pineapple
- Shredded coconut
- Basil
- Parsley
- Mint
- Chiles

Add a layer of mango or pineapple chunks once you've spread the pizza sauce on the crust. You can use either fruit or both. The sweetness of the fruit creates a great flavor when it mixes with the cheese and tomato sauce.

Sprinkle a layer of shredded coconut on the pizza.

Chop fresh herbs native to Hawaii, such as basil, parsley and mint, and put them over the cheese. The herbs will infuse flavor into the other ingredients.

Crush some Hawaiian chile peppers, and sprinkle them over the top layer if you like spicy food.

Sauté about one cup of chicken (cubed) in coconut oil, and flavor it with basil, mint, a dash of salt, pepper and garlic. Layer the chicken along with the fruit or simply use the chicken by itself. Put a chile in the skillet when you're sautéing the chicken for added spicy flavor.
