Tips & Warnings
Scrub your feet with the rosemary mint scrub, paying extra attention to calloused, dry and rough areas. Leave the scrub on your feet and wrap them in warm, damp towels covered with dry towels. Wipe the rosemary mint scrub off your feet after about 5 minutes, massaging any excess oil into your skin.
You can substitute extra-virgin cold pressed olive oil for grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil.
Liquid castile soap is preferable, but you can use unscented shampoo instead.
For a slightly different rosemary mint foot scrub, substitute sea salt for the sugar, but don't use salt if you have any sores or cracked skin on your feet.
