How to Use Foot Detox Pads
Removing toxins from your body is one way to be healthier. Originally from Japan, detox foot pads supposedly draw toxins out of your body while you sleep. While there is no proof to back up these claims, give these foot pads a try and see how you feel.

Wash and thoroughly dry your feet.

Remove the paper protecting the adhesive on the pads.

Place the foot pads on the bottoms of your feet. The writing on the pads should be facing downward. Put the top of the adhesive side of the pad close to the ball of your foot and smooth it down along your arch.

Allow the pads to work overnight, or about 8 to 12 hours. Remove and throw the pads away and wash your feet again. Repeat each night until the pads appear clean and white upon removal. After your initial cleansing, use the foot pads about once a month to keep toxins from accumulating in your body.

Tips & Warnings
Use the pads at any time of the day, but while you sleep is best.
Drink plenty of water while you are using the foot detox pads to maximize the removal of toxins from your body.
To prevent the pads from slipping, cover them with a pair of socks.
