Step 1
Get your opponent near the middle of the ring or the center of the ropes.
-
Step 2
Grab your opponent by the wrist and place your front hand on his back.
-
Step 3
Throw him into the ropes as hard as you can. You can follow behind him, stand in the middle of the ring or run into the ropes into the opposite direction. Whatever you choose, will impact the type of move you will be able to perform on your opponent.
-
Step 4
Decide what move you are going to perform on your opponent. Use a move that suits your style of wrestling. If you are small and a high flyer, try a move like an ankle takedown or a dropkick. Experienced cruiserweights might try a hurricanrana. If you are a wrestler that uses power moves, use basic moves that inflict a lot of damage. Punches and kicks are very easy to do. You could also clothesline your opponent by running your arm into their neck after you have thrown them into the ropes.
-
Step 5
Follow-up with a ground move while he is still groggy. This is a good time to try to pin him as well.
