From Quick Guide: Wrestling
Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Control an underhook as your opponent attempts to hook his arms beneath yours and thus restrict your movement. Do not allow him to gain control by staying enough away so you have some freedom of movement to defend yourself.

  2. Step 2

Lift your opponent's arms up, and as you opponent attempts to put his weight on his arms, begin the throw by in wrestling.

  3. Step 3

Bring up your right arm as your opponent reaches for your right shoulder. Be prepared as your opponent's weight shifts as he settles his weight more to his left side.

  4. Step 4

Use the forearm of your right arm to throw your opponent's arm away, and begin to force your opponent to tilt to his right as you perform a throw by in wrestling.

  5. Step 5

Hustle around your opponent's left to his back as you perform a throw by in wrestling. Grab around your opponent's arms and force him forward to the ground as you perform a throw by in wrestling.
