The business plan for an existing beauty shop is no more than necessary revisions needed to keep your business profitable and your customers happy.

    Identify the Strengths And Weaknesses

    Make a list of the strengths of your business. What services is your salon known for? Is it service? Is it the beauticians?

  2. Step 2

    Write out a list of weaknesses of your business. What are the complaints and concerns that your customers always voice about the services the shop provides?

  3. Step 3

    Identify markets that your business should consider. What demographics have your customers suggested the shop should court? What hair styles do the customers want the stylists to know how to do?

  4. Step 4

    Determine how much money is needed to make the necessary improvements to the beauty shop.

  5. Write the New Plan

  6. Step 1

    Write down the new goal, objectives or plans you have for your business along with the main goals and values from the previous plan when you first entered business.

  7. Step 2

    Find the best ideas from your list, and see if your idea can fit within the day-to-day operations of your business, as well what your customers want.

  8. Step 3

    Choose the new concepts you have for your business, and write down your rough draft for your new business plan.
