Here's how to lose body fat by walking. Everyone can walk so there is really no excuse why you cannot lose some weight doing this simple exercise. I want to encourage you with a few simple tips that can help. Remember: You can do it.

Step1
Step 1: Walk to work if you can. Try parking a few blocks away from your office and walk those few extra blocks.
Drink water, not soda. Everything I read says that soda is bad for you. If you need to drink soda, try diet soda, seltzer water or sparkling cider. Walk at least 30 minutes in the morning.
Bring breakfast to work; no Dunkin' Donuts. These breakfast companies are basically ripping you off. You are gaining weight and spending money. The economy is bad. Use this as a time to lose weight.
Step2
Step 2: Walk during lunch. This is something everyone can do. If you have a lot of stairs in your office then I would walk as many stairs as possible. At first it is hard, but if you walk slow and breathe easy you should be able to do many steps over time. You should be able to speak while walking. If you cannot talk, please walk slower.
Drink lots of water. Drinking water is very important when you are walking because it hydrates the body and makes everything work a lot better.
Step3
Step 3: Walk home from work if you can. Try to get a walking partner and walk together. Find someone who is going to motivate you and hold you accountable. Remember that this is one of the easiest exercises you can participate in.
Eat dinner and then go for a walk. After dinner you can go for a nice long walk and really stretch out your legs and arms. Do not go crazy. Just a nice walk in the neighborhood.
