2. 2. Fill in the form on the website to request your $40.00 worth
   of coupons to help purchase your digital converter box. At this

3. 3. Within 6 to 12 weeks you should receive your coupons.
4. 4. Take your coupons to any local retailer who accepts the coupons
   and purchase your digital converter box.
