How to Crochet a Mother's Day Ring Keeper

Crocheting a Mother's Day Ring Keeper is easy with my free pattern!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Small amount worsted weight yarn
  • Small craft bow
  • 8" length of lace
  • 2 small pearls
  • Size H crochet hook
Step1
Size: 1 1/4" tall
Gauge: 2 rounds of dc=1"

Rnd 1: Make ring (or ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring. I prefer the "magic ring" method), ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w sl st in top of ch 3 (12 dc).
Step2
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (24 dc).
Step3
Mother's Day Ring Keeper Rnd 3: (Work this round in back loops only!). Ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (24 dc).
Step4
Mother's Day Ring Keeper Rnd 4: Ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before, fasten off, weave in ends (24 dc).
Step5
Cut a 7 1/2" length of lace, trim ends at angles as shown. Glue lace around top edge as shown.
Step6
Mother's Day Ring Keeper Glue bow between angled cuts of lace as shown.
Step7
Glue pearls to front as shown.
Step8
Mother's Day Ring Keeper Let dry. Enjoy!
