Step 1

Firstly, if you site has been hacked, fix this by changing your username and password. There are times when you may even have to delete your site and start from scratch.
Step 2

If you ever click on something a friend has sent you that sends you to a page that says 'you must be logged in to view this' completely disregard the page. This means your friend has already been hacked into and now they are sending out mass emails and bulletins in attempts to hack other sites. If you are viewing the site in the first place you are logged in, there is NO NEED whatsoever to log in again. This is a fake site that is attempting to retrieve your username and password.
Step 3

Notify your friend immediately that their site has been hacked so that they can deal with it accordingly.
