How to stop nose bleeds.

when u first get a nose bleed you grab a kleenex box.then u twist the top part and stick it in the side that is bleeding.then pintch your nose.then u should tilt your head back.keep doing this till you r done.

1. first u grab a box of kleenex.then u twist 1 of the ends then u stick it in the side of your nose that is bleeding.
2. then u pinch your nose.then u tilt your head back untill it stops
