Things You'll Need:
- 4 8 oz blocks Philidelphia cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
- 1 8 oz tub Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup strawberry Jam
- 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries

Step 1
Mix 1/4 cup sugar with graham cracker crumbs. Add melted butter and press into bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2
In a large bowl, blend Philidelphia brand cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add strawberry jam in and blend well.

Step 3
In a small bowl, add two tbsp of sugar to chopped strawberries and mash with a fork.

Step 4
Fold Coolwhip and mashed strawberries into cream cheese mixture.

Spread mixture into pan ontop of crust and chill for 4 hours.
