Granola Bars are nutritious and easy to make at home. This recipe makes approximately 2 dozen bars.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

4 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 cup honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    3 cups quick oats
    1 cup raisins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, honey, vanilla and eggs. Mix well and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine salt, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking powder and quick oats. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins.
