In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, butter and flour to make a soft dough. Grease mini muffing tins with solid shortening. Press dough on bottom and up sides of greased tins. Set aside.

FILLING INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs, beaten 1 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Mix filling ingredients well. Fill prepared shells about 1/2 way up. Do not over fill! Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Cool in pans 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
Tips & Warnings
Do not over fill the shells. The filling rises up when baked and will overflow if filled too much.
