Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 5 days? I can answer that question myself and say yes it is, because I did it. Now this is not a diet plan that is to be used long term, this is just a quick remedy that I used in the past to fit into something fancy for a special event. If you are looking for a long term weight loss plan this would not be it. This diet plan is for anyone looking to lose a couple of inches quickly for a special occasion or social event i.e wedding, graduation, etc.

Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

  • eggs
  • bacon
  • Salad
  • meat
  • Water

Step1
Cut out soda from your diet completely to lose 10 pounds in 5 days this is the number one thing that has to be done
Step2
Drink a lot of water, 8 glasses or more is recommended. Eliminate any kind of sodas or juice. Sodas are empty calories and studies have shown that even diet sodas can increase your appetite.
Step3
Avoid eating a lot of salty foods including canned foods. Can foods tend to be high in salt. Salt will make you retain water and this will increase your weight. Your goal is to lose 10 pounds in 5 days, so get rid of all high sodium foods.
Step4
Exercise. I know you hate it but exercise will burn calories and help you lose the weight, do aerobic for about 30 minutes each day.
