From the first time I tasted this until now this is the absolute best cheesecake in the whole world!

To get the recipe was a struggle and something this good is meant to be shared. People that don't even like cheesecake like this one. Absolutely amazing texture that melts in your mouth. Something any cheesecake lover must try once! Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • 3 bars of cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tspns. of vailla
  • 1 cup + 3 tbspns. of sugar
  • 1/2 pint of sour cream

Instructions

      Beat for 8 mins.

      Take the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. of vanilla and beat with a hand mixer for exactly 8 minutes..

      Pour the mixture into a greased casserole pan and bake for 45 minutes., in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.

      While your cake is baking in the oven. In a separate bowl mix the 1/2 pint of sour cream and 1 tsp. of vanilla and 3 tbspns., of sugar.

      When the cake is done, take out of the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. During this time the top of the cake will drop, that is suppose to happen~ don't worry.

      After the 10 minutes have elapsed and the top of the cake has dropped, pour the mixture of sour cream, sugar and vanilla on top into the "dropped" part of the cake.

      Now put the cake back into the over and bake for 10-12 minutes. (The top will get slightly golden when ready).

      Take the cake out and allow to cool and set. Best when chilled.

Tips & Warnings

  • Variations to this recipe are as follows:

  • For marble cheesecake fold in 8 oz of cocoa.

  • Top with pineapple, cherries, blueberries or strawberries.

  • Whipped cream is fun too!

  • Cream cheese most be softened

  • Beat for the full length of 8 minutes, well.

  • Bake to precise timing instructions.
