Whether your team suffered a tough playoff loss, or simply can't get to the playoffs or win at all, here are some coping strategies. Just know that there is hope for your team and patience will pay off.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Step1
Denial and isolation. Just don't even acknowledge that your team just lost. They won. They won. They...won..........................

And don't talk to anyone for a while. They'll just talk about it and remind that your team actually didn't win.
Step2
Anger. Go on blogs and forums and post mean things about other teams and blame your team's problems on management and president Bush.
Step3
Bargaining. I'll never swear again if they could just have won. Seriously, I'll never tell another lie!
Step4
Depression. Why oh why am I stuck with a team that can't win? The world hates me. Eat ice cream all day and mope around the house.
Step5
Acceptance. Yup, they stink.
Step6
Coping: Look forward to the draft, where your team will get the most BA prospect or college player ever and you can start winning again!
