Saving money and travelling is a difficult thing to do. This guide will hopefully give you a few tips to saving money while getting around.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

For food, it is much cheaper to visit grocery stores or supermarkets and prepare your own food. Dining out every night can quickly become the biggest drain on your finances of the whole trip.

  2. Step 2

Pack everything you need before you leave home. Buying goods abroad usually means paying almost twice the price. Pack enough of everything to last you the entire trip, as well.

  3. Step 3

Make sure your hotel offers a free breakfast. Every morning, eat as much for breakfast as you can. If you are lucky, this will cut out lunch meals entirely, saving you lots of money.
