The Master Cleanse lemonade detox diet is a famous, intense lemonade detox drink and if consumed with no other food will completely clean out your system and you will lose massive weight very fast along with gaining massive energy. In this article I will tell you exactly how to make one serving of the Master Cleanse detox diet lemonade.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Fresh Lemons (preferably organic)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Grade B pure maple syrup (grade A will work if you cannot find grade B)
  • Filtered water
  • Sienna Herbal tea
  • Non-iodized sea salt
  1. Step 1

    2 tablespoons lemonade from fresh squeezed lemons (invest in 5 dollar juicer if possible to make it easier and faster!)

  2. Step 2

    2 tablespoons maple syrup (grade B organic if possible)

  3. Step 3

    1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper (the more pepper the better for cleansing purposes if you can tolerate it add more.)

  4. Step 4

    10 ounces filtered water

  5. Step 5

    Add all ingredients together and drink lemonade hot or cold day and night while consuming nothing else other than herbal tea. Drink a minimum of 6 servings per day and try to stay on Master Cleanse lemonade detox diet for 10 days or more. After a couple days on Master Cleanse lemonade detox diet you will have a ton of energy along with losing a lot of weight fast!

Tips & Warnings
  • Purchase non-iodized sea salt and mix 2 tablespoons with 8 ounces luke warm water and try to drink once a day to elimenate toxins and waste.
  • Prepare only 2 days worth of Master Cleanse detox diet drink at a time to allow freshness.
  • Try to drink nothing else but if you slip up it will still work very well. (I drank 1 cup sugared coffee the first 3 days on the Master Cleanse detox diet and still lost 15 pounds in 10 days!)
  • After you come off cleanse you will have a fresh start so keep treating your body well and eat healthy!

  • After drinking salt water flush be near a toilet!
  • A lot of the weight you lose will be water weight so the average person will regain 1/2 of weight lost over time.
  • Ease back into food after Master Cleanse detox diet and try not to binge otherwise you will gain back weight lost just like with any other diet.

You MUST have at least 1 healthy bowl movement a day to release these toxins.He actually suggests you should have a few a day.If you are not regular the toxin will never leave the body like they should and you wont feel well.I suggest getting "regular" before you start.I find that taking probiotics is helpful to help eliminate and curb the thrush that is a possible side effect.The author suggest taking a laxative tea during the cleanse to keep you regular.
PLEASE dont forget these important details when doing this cleanse!These tips come directly from the book and from personal experience.The book is VERY cheap and I suggest buying and reading it before hand.It is called 'The Master Cleanser' by Stanley Burroughs

on 8/19/2008 You should always ease back into solid food!!!He states in the book to start with broth for a day after ending>soup>veggies and fruits.If you start eating regular food right away it could make you sick.Your digestive system is not ready right away for heavy food!
Also,I found taking cayenne pills to be easier than pouring the pepper in the lemonade.This stuff tastes great! You can adjust the amount of maple syrup.Of course the more you add the more calories.I find that adding a bit more syrup takes the edge off.The syrup supposedly has enough nutients to feed your body.I tried this cleanse a few times and only lasted a few days.This is because I want drinking enough.I did lose 8 pounds in 3 days.
Also very important:You will feel sluggish and "bogged down" the first couple days.This is the toxins being released and circulated through your system.
You MUST have at least 1 healthy bowl
