Things You'll Need
- 1 angel food cake
- 2 boxes sugar-free Jell-O cheesecake pudding
- 16 ounces whipped topping
- 2 1/2 quarts strawberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Trifle bowl
- Mixing bowl

Mix the strawberries, vanilla and sugar in a bowl the night before serving the trifle so that the strawberries can soak up some sugar.

Prepare both boxes of cheesecake pudding as directed on the box, then fold in 12 ounces of the whipped topping until smoothly mixed.

In the trifle bowl, put in one layer of angel food cake, followed by a layer of strawberries, a layer of the pudding mixture, another layer of cake, another layer of strawberries and another layer of the pudding mixture. Cover with the rest of the whipped cream and a couple of sliced strawberries.
