Knowing what makes your love one tick is essential to a satisfying, loving and happy relationship. A key element to achieving that satisfying and happy relationship is communicating through sensual pressure points. Sensual pressure points are areas of the body that produce the desired effect when touched in a manner that is enjoyable to the individual. However, before you can communicate sensually with another, you must first identify sensual parts of the body. Read on to see tips on how to find and understand sensual pressure points.

Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • Open mind and willingness to explore.
  • Willing partner
Step1
Finding a person’s sensual pressure points is very intimate and involves a lot of touching. It is strongly recommended that before attempting to discover the sensual side of another, that you be certain that they want you to touch them in an intimate way.
Step2
Make a connection. It is important to get to know the person and the first step to communicating is talking. Ask them what they find exciting about life. Find out what in a relationship would make them happy (in general) and how they feel about sensuality. A lot of people are “touchy-feely”. Many are not. It is easier to find a person’s sensual pressure points if they are touchy-feely. You can tell if they are a touchy feely kind of person because they will always be touching you such as holding your hand, hugging you or casually touching your hand or thigh while sitting.
Step3
After making the connection, occasionally kiss your partner in a loving, casual and non-sexual way. Try a light and gentle kiss on the forehead, hands and cheek. The goal is to build an intimate connection to make it easier to identify sensual pressure points.
Step4
Place a light kiss on the earlobe. Each time you does one of these techniques, note the person’s response. Did he or she moan, shiver or pull away? A person’s response will tell you if you have located a sensual spot.
Step5
Give a massage. It takes a trained person to give a sensual massage so if you are a trained therapist; you probably stopped reading this after the first paragraph! If you are still with me, chances are you are not a certified therapists. So, to find someone’s sensual pressure points, you may want to consider taking a class. Meanwhile, a good alternative is to buy a video describing the techniques. (See resources below). Create a soothing ambience with soft music and candlelight. Start massaging the back first to relax them. Gradually move to the hips, thighs legs and feet before moving to other body parts. Remeber - pay close attention to the person’s reaction and facial expression each time you touch them and mentally note where and how you are touching them. This will help you identify sensual pressure points.
Step6
Finding someone’s sensual pressure points or their erogenous areas take trial and error. A slow hand and patience will be your best friend. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l84d0OkhSIw.

Tips & Warnings

  • Be gentle, slow and unhurried with your touching. A smart person will guide you and tell you when to apply more pressure or when to be more gentle.
  • Both parties must be willing participants with enjoyment as the ultimate goal.
  • Have fun. Enjoy the discovery process and the ability to identify sensual pressure points will come naturally as you grow.
  • Should be 18 years old or the legal adult age in your state or country.
