Step1
So your partner/friend comes home from after their day at work. Their mind and body are both tired and tense.
-Think of this tenseness as something physically inside the body, because you are going to physically remove it.
Step2
You want to be relaxed and make the situation as relaxed as possible, then you are more able to have access to that person, and more access to their sensual pressure points.
-Your partner should not be curled up on a couch, a straight body works best. Nerves provide the responses to touching, and if the spine is straight, the nerves respond better.
Step3
Start slow and safe around the back of your partner. Move up to the shoulders and bottom of the back where the belt line is. Move around all the borders (the belt line, edges of clothing). Slowly move past the borders and surprise your partner by moving past the borders, go back and forth to only the back and then to new areas.
*If your hands stick to their skin, try the back of your hand and the back of your fingers; the thin hair helps you caress more smoothly.
Step4
The new areas might make your partner twitch or move. If you feel they feel comfortable when you move there, then proceed. Recognize the areas where they respond--these are the regions that the sensual points exist.
*These areas might be where folds and creases in the skin are seen. Lines and creases on the skin are often associated with the sensual areas, such as the sides of the belly that continue to the waist.
Step5
The points you find can be thought of as areas that the tenseness will pour out of. The deeper and fuller your massage and push, the more your partner will be relieved.
*Do NOT go extreme on these areas, and especially don't rush getting there because your partner has been rushed all day at work. Unwind them and you will feel and learn a rhythm that is right for them, and you will know how often they want to be touched in these areas.
Step6
Other ideas:
Sometimes start moving your fingers and across them, but keep going by moving your whole arm over them from finger to hand to arm then back to hand then finger.
