Hi- When I was a teenager I had terrible skin on my face and neck, pizza face was an understatement. Every morning I would look in the mirror and new pimples were saying 'good morning' to me. I hated seeing my face that way and finally with a little determination, research and to be honest a bit of anger I took on the battle and won. As I was thinking about how I accomplished this small endeavor I realized that I had done it with no chemicals, expensive soaps or treatments. I would like to share with you how I treated my skin with amazing results.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Egg
  • Small bowl
  • Clean sheets
  • Patience
Step1
There are allot of advantages of sleep, one is better skin. Sleep - Get rest, plenty of rest, lots and lots of sleep. A person who gets little sleep produces more oil. The less oil your body produces the less pimples form on your skin.
Step2
Skin loves water. Drink plenty of water - Hydrated skin also produces less oil.
Step3
Clean sheets will leave your skin clean too. Wash sheets and pillow cases often - If you are getting eight hours of sleep every night your skin is coming in contact with your sheets for a long period of time. To compound the issue when you go to bed with a freshly washed face it makes impurities easier to get into your skin.
Wash your bedding every four to five days. You should see results from this in about three weeks.
Also keep this in mind, you wouldn't wear the same clothing for mare than a day or two would you?
Step4
Flip your pillow - Every other day flip your pillow over so your face can rest on the clean side.
Step5
One of the healthiest and cheapest sources of vitamins. Go to the refrigerator and get an egg.
Step6
Crack the egg open and separate the yolk from the white. Place yolk in a small bowl and stir.
Step7
With your hands, place yolk on your skin evenly and let dry, takes about 10 to fifteen minutes.

Leave the yolk on for about 15 minutes total to start seeing results.
Step8
Rinse off with water - Best time to do the egg yolk procedure is in the morning then rinse off in the shower.

Egg yolk has plenty of vitamin A, D, E, Lecithin and antioxidants in it, and for some reason skin likes all of these natural vitamins.
Do this everyday for a month, when your skin clears up you can reduce this procedure to twice a week.
In about one month your skin will be tighter and cleaner.

Tips & Warnings

  • Eat the egg whites for breakfast and you will also be healthier.
  • The egg yolk procedure will need to be done for a minimum of one week to see results, just like any skin care procedure.
  • I found the best time to do the yolk treatment was in the morning then I could rinse off the yolk mask in the shower and I would not run the risk of anybody seeing me with yolk on my face.
  • If the mask is left on the skin for a longer period of time you will get better results.
  • Your pimples will be upset at you.
