Finding good books on history can be challenging at times. Google's scanned books are a great way to get a good selection of these books. They often have books that even your local library does not have.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Internet Connection
  1. Step 1

    Go to Google.com

  2. Step 2

    Go to the tab at the top of the webpage labeled MORE at the top left hand corner

  3. Step 3

    In the drop down menu, click on Books

  4. Step 4

    At the top of the page there is a search box, type in the subject or type history (ex: American History), and all the books about history will come up.

  5. Step 5

    You can then sort the books that just have previews of the books online. You can also sort it by books with full view of the book online. I suggest full book preview if you are using the book as a resource.
