If you want to get rid of some items in your home that you don't use anymore and generate some cash as well as pay nothing to advertise it. Here is how you can do it.

1. Take pictures of the item that you want to sell with a digital camera then upload it to your computer.
2. Create an easy and simple brochure or flyer with those pictures and information about it, as well as contact information so if someone interested to look at it or buy it can contact you.
3. Put your brochure or flyer at several local community boards that you can find them at local grocery stores, eatery places, your HOA or condo management office.
4. Upload those pictures and advertise it at www.craiglist.org for free!
   Choose location then post item for sale, choose how would you like them to contact you then check your email click the link and publish it.
