  • Brazil nuts

Step1
Eat foods high in protein such as fish, meat and poultry.
Step2
Add cereals and other grains to your diet.
Step3
Eat vegetables such as mushrooms and asparagus.
Step4
Snack on nuts, especially Brazil nuts, which are very high in selenium.
