Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 lb smoked or cajun sausage (Little Smokies are great in this).
- 1 tbsp chopped celery
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- 1 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
- 1 can liquid beef bouillion or broth
- 1/2 can water
- dash worcestershire sauce.
- 1 9x13 baking dish

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2
Cut butter up into pats. Put butter and all the rest of the ingredients in 9x13 dish.

Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 50 minutes.

Step 4
Take the dish from the oven and remove the foil. Stir lightly with a fork, then return it to the oven for 5 minutes, uncovered.
