How to Create an MSN Group Photo Album

In MSN Groups, a photo album is a set of pictures that have been collected and given a name. Photo albums give group members a way to sort and arrange their online pictures by subject, theme, ownership, and other criteria.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Pictures
  • MSN Account
  1. Step 1

    Log into your MSN Group. Click on "Pictures" link to view albums and pictures

  2. Step 2

    Click Create Album to open your new album and start adding photos. (If you do not see "Create Album" link, click on "Show Albums")

  3. Step 3

    Complete the form to finish adding an album to your group.

    Name of Album: Type a name for this album. Limit the name to 32 characters, including spaces.
    Album Description: Type a description for this album. Limit the description to 256 characters, including spaces.
    Who may add, delete, or edit photos in this album: Click the permission setting that you want to apply to this album.

  4. Step 4

    Create Album to open your new album and start adding photos.

Tips & Warnings
  • By default, the permission setting for a new album is Members may add, edit, and delete their own photos.
  • You can change the permission setting for the album at any time.
  • You can rename the album, edit the album description, or delete the album at any time.
