Step 1
Eat a healthy, nutritious diet. Figure out how many calories you should be eating each day. There are a number of calculators online. If you are overeating, that will make losing inches fast impossible. So determine your caloric needs to help you see results even faster.

Step 2
Eat often to keep your metabolism up. It's best to eat a small meal every 2-3 hours. This averages out to about 5-6 small meals per day. Be sure to not skip any meals. You actually need to eat more to weigh less. Be sure you're getting a mixture of carbs, fats and proteins with each small meal.

Step 3
Perform muscle building exercises regularly. One of my favorite exercises for losing inches fast around the waist, is the Barbell or Dumbell Twist. You simply stand with your feet shoulder width apart holding a barbell or a dumbell (with both hands) and twist your waist from side to side. Be sure to contract your ab muscles during the exercise to be sure you target them as best you can.
Another great exercise to try would be to stand back-to-back with a partner and pass a medicine ball back and forth by reaching around your side. -
Step 4
Lose inches fast by jumpropingDo cardio activities for at least 20 minutes, 3 times per week. You can do any activity you like as long as your heart rate is elevated for approximately 20 minutes. This is a great way to burn off extra calories, helping you to lose inches fast all over your body.
