Step 1
First thing you need to do is make sure you have a set amount on what you can spend on clothes and know what type of clothes you need.

Step 2
Go to your favorite stores and look in the clearence sections. Don't buy anything till you have searched the internet really well. Write down the stores and the prices of what you want so that you can compare them.

Step 3
Go to ebay and search for lots of clothing in your size. There are always hundreds of lots everyday that you can get a bulk of clothing very cheap and very nice.

Step 4
Check out all outlet stores and compare prices between all sites you have looked at and go shopping buy from the cheapest sites that will give you more for your buck.
