See what's on sale at your local grocery store. Plan your meals according to what's on sale. Normally things on sale are things on the verge of expiring, usually produce. So get your produce for less money and eat it fast!

Buy things in bulk. Bulk items are cheaper. Toilet paper, tissues, the goods. And if the stores are having a sale, stock up on it now. You may have not run out of sugar but you will.

Eat vegetarian! I can't stress this enough. When you go vegetarian or at least eat vegetarian once in a while, you get healthier. Animals on factory farms are fed growth hormones and antibiotics. Yes. Antibiotics, causing antibiotic resistance in humans who eat them. Eating veg will save you money too.

Store brands can be good. They are almost identical usually. They are cheaper.
