Make Dessert Pizza

Here's a festive and attractive dessert for your Fourth of July celebration!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 boxed brownie mix, with the eggs, oil and water called for
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  1. Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 12" pizza pan.

  2. Step 2

Prepare the brownie mix according to instructions, and spread the batter into the pizza pan. Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in the center comes clean. Allow brownie to cool completely.

  3. Step 3

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla. Beat until thoroughly blended, then spread evenly onto the brownie. Arrange the berries on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  4. Step 4

Stir apple jelly until smooth. Brush lightly over the berries. Chill your dessert pizza for about an hour, then it's ready to cut into wedges and serve. Tastes as good as it looks!

Tips & Warnings
  • It is best to use fresh berries. Frozen will leave too much moisture on top of the cream cheese.
