How to Create a Disney Themed Garden

Walt Disney has been an aspect of several generations, from the first Mickey Mouse cartoons to full-length feature animated movies like Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs and The Lion King. To help show off your fandom of the Disney Company, you can turn your garden into a beautiful Disney themed garden year after year.

Instructions

1. Find a location for your garden. If you want to show off the garden, then the front yard is a great choice. Try not to make the location too large, but you can spread it out a bit if you would like.

2. Purchase pieces from the Snow White garden collection. This collection is actually specifically made for gardens so it is a great start to your Disney garden. The set has many pieces--with all of them featuring a unique and useful thing for your garden.

3. Scatter the Snow White garden pieces around your garden. If you want to focus on other movies as well, then you can give them their own section.

4. Gather three pots. One pot should be around 2 feet in diameter, with the other two 1 foot in diameter. These pots are going to be used to make the famous Mickey Mouse head logo and should be featured in the center of your garden.

5. Fill each pot with potting soil and a full bed of flowers. Get a colorful flower that will fill up the whole pot so it does not look like there are holes in the head. Choose flowers that are all the same for each pot.

6. After a few days of growing, remove each of the plants from the pot and plant them into your garden so that the head is formed. Place them all together and make sure that the plants are all buried at the same height so it looks even.

7. Put large Disney figurines in between the flowers. Avoid using stuffed animals because the rain can easily ruin them.

8. Take a metal coat hanger and undo it until it is a straight wire. Stick it into the ground deep enough so that it can support its own weight.

9. Attach a Tinkerbell figure to the top of the wire so that it appears like she is flying over the garden.
