Carefully put the tube at the base of your pets neck and gently press the tube down into the fur so the liquid can make contact with your pet's skin. Run the small tube down the length of your pet, to the base of their tail, using the entire tube of liquid. Wash your hands after applying Frontline Plus to your pet.
-
6
Avoid petting or allowing children to touch the pet for at least an hour after applying Frontline Plus, so the medicine can soak in and dry. Allow the pet to move around so the medicine will dry faster. Reapply Frontline Plus flea medicine once per month.

You recommend bathing your dog before applying Frontline. But, it is my understanding that you shouldn't bathe your dog (or cat) immediately BEFORE applying Frontline. The oils in their hair/fur needs to be present for it be fully effective. The Frontline web site says to let them completely dry before applying. Some vets recommend not bathing 48 hours before applying. Please update your potentially misleading information -
