Step 1
Log onto your comcast.net home page. You will need to have a comcast Internet account before you can view any account information. Signing up for comcast is easy you can do this over the phone or even online. Comcast is not offered in all areas so you will need to check first.

Click on the my account link that is on the left hand side of the comcast.net home page. This link will take you to a window where you will be asked to sign in. Type your user name a password and if you would like click remember me on this computer. When you are done click the button that says sign in.

View all of your account details after you sign in. The my account page will open and all of your information will appear on the page. There are different titles to look at including my online account, secondary accounts, billing, comcast cable, and help. All of these have more individual topics under them.

Decide what you would like to look at there are numerous options in your account page. You can create secondary accounts in case you have more than one person in your home that would like an email account. There is also an area where you view and pay your bill including the cable bill. There are so many things to choose from you will have to just decide what changes you would like to make.

This is an added bonus from comcast because there are so many things that you can do yourself with your email account. It will make life easier for you and provide more comfort and relaxation knowing you have a good email setup.
