How to Soften Hands With Comfrey
Comfrey is an ornamental plant that can thrive in any situation but prefers to grow in the shade of larger plants or trees. Historically, comfrey has been used to reduce swelling and pain, and its name is derived from its main benefit: Comfort. Modern medicine has removed comfrey from most conventional medical treatments, but it is still a staple among herbalists and advocates of natural remedies and cosmetics. When combined with honey and several other herbs, comfrey can produce remarkable softening results on the most hardened of hands. In this article, we will discuss how to soften hands with comfrey.

Tips & Warnings
To lock in the benefits of comfrey, you can put on the lotion then wear soft cotton gloves over your hands for up to an hour to increase and enhance the effects of the treatment.
Test your comfrey hand treatment by rubbing a small amount of the lotion on the inside of your elbow. Watch the area to see if the skin becomes red, itchy or inflamed. If it does not, then you can use your hand softener without fear of an allergic reaction.
