It's summer and who feels like turning on the oven? Here is a super-simple dessert recipe that is cool and refreshing and tastes like you slaved for hours.
Combine milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl, mixing according to packaging directions. Chill.

In a 9x9 baking dish, line bottom with graham crackers. Slice bananas lengthwise and place on top of crackers

Cover with chilled pudding. repeat steps until there are 4 or 5 layers.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Crackers will soften when ready to eat. Serve with whipped cream or a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
Tips & Warnings
Substitute chocolate pudding, if desired. Or for a special treat, alternate layers with both flavors of pudding.
