Step 1
Prepare the teeth. Do not brush teeth immediately prior to using strips.

Peel off the strip. There is a protective border that lines the strip. It keeps the strip clean until the time for use. Separate the strip from the liner by using the slit at the end of the strip. The slit is zig zag shaped for easier separation.

Step 3
Place the strip on the teeth. The gel side of strip goes against the front of your teeth. Align the strip with your gums and press gently but firmly with good contact.

Fold the strip. The unused ends of the strip should be folded behind the teeth to hold securely in place.

Wait for 30 minutes. Remove and discard the strips. They cannot be reused.

Brush teeth to remove any gel remnants.

Crest Whitestrips Supreme should be worn on the top and bottom teeth for thirty minutes, twice a day.

Wear gloves. Whitening of the tips of fingers is common with this and any other product containing hydrogen peroxide. It is completely harmless and can be avoided by washing hands with soap and water immediately after handling the product.
