1
Wear a reliable antiperspirant. Try an antiperspirant that has a high percentage of aluminum chloride and or aluminum zirconium. Antiperspirants reduce the amount of sweat that is produced under the arm. These antiperspirants can be purchased over the counter. They are usually inexpensive.
-
2
Prevent sweat stains on your clothes by carrying a small, dry washcloth with you. Take a second to dab the sweat off of your face and other body parts. Discretely wipe your back and neck, if the hot summer sun is beaming on you from behind.

3
Purchase underarm shields. Underarm shields are made of cotton and prevent sweat from staining your clothes by absorbing the excess sweat. They can be pinned, sewn or taped to your clothes.
-
4
Use a small amount of baby powder or corn starch. Dab a light, silky coating of powder over your troublesome, sweaty body parts. The powder helps absorb the sweat, as well as clog the pores.

5
Wear a thin, cotton T-shirt under your clothing. The T-shirt will help absorb the sweat before it reaches your shirt.
