Consider the use of vitamin C. This vitamin not only strengthens your immune system, but also reduces inflammation—including the inflammation caused by acne. Take 100 to 300 mg of Vitamin C two to three times per day, depending on who you are.

Consider the use of a vitamin B complex. Vitamin B has many uses, including improving skin health and minimizing the appearance of acne. Vitamin B, when taken as recommended, can aid in improving your overall skin complexion and tone and is also known as a stress-reducing supplement. Vitamin B should be taken in 100 mg doses three times per day (one at breakfast, lunch and dinner) for optimum results.

Consider the use of vitamin A. Vitamin A is primarily used for improving and maintaining eyesight, but it also strengthens and revitalizes skin tissue. It naturally cleans your skin from the inside and acts as an antioxidant.
